Lindsay Lohan’s arrest charges were dropped. Lindsay‘s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley called all the media attention, “much ado about nothing” while exiting the court room this afternoon. Lindsay didn’t attend three of her alcohol education classes, blamed the paparazzi for one of those, and was instead ordered to enroll in a new program that will start on April 3.

Regardless of Lindsay‘s highly public behavior this past weekend where she got wasted, stalked Jack Nicholson, and broke a window during another fight with Samantha, Judge Marsha Nevel said Lindsay has yet to fail a drug test and has been doing “everything right” in order to pay retribution for her 2007 DUI and cocaine possession charge.
