Miley Cyrus has now offended the handicapped people of the world. She and her boyfriend Justin Gaston went out to dinner and then decided to get ice cream. That’s when the night went downhill for Miley in a big way.

Miley parked her car in a handicapped zone so she wouldn’t have to walk far. Hello???? ILLEGAL! Did no one mention that to her in driving class? Or did she buy her way out of it? She must have, because she has a hard time putting the car in reverse and leaving later. Click to watch the video below:

not being funny, does everyone forget that she’s 16 ?! who hasn’t done something they shouldn’t have when they were 16 ? i’d understand if no one ever did anything wrong when they’re that age but hello everyone makes mistakes and how is it offending handi capped people by parking in a handicapped parking spot ? yeah its wrong but its not offensive or am i wrong and someone changed the rules and now it’s offensive to park somewhere you shouldn’t ? cus dang it i didn’t get the memo :]
