TMZ recently busted Sand at the oddest place in the middle of the night. You guessed it! A plastic surgeon’s office. She was wearing her usual inappropriate skimpy top and her Lucite heels looking like she’s just stepped out of a strip club. This time icing her face. Hmmm.
