Beyonce says the leaked live recording of her “If I Was A Boy” Today show performance is all a big joke. Ha. Last week a horrendous clip popped up of Beyonce screaching off-tune on the Today show last November. Everyone assumed it was just what Beyonce sounds like without the help of a studio and trained sound technicians. This morning, Team Beyonce spun the story as a big “joke.”

Reporters asked about the recording at the premiere of her awful reviewed movie “Obsessed.” She said:
“I knew it was a joke. I knew it was supposed to be silly,” the beauty said at the Cinema Society/MCM premiere of her film, “Obsessed.” “Something like that I don’t even take seriously. I thought it was hilarious.”
We’re not so sure there’s anything inherently funny about bad singing, but bravo B. for having such a killer sense of humor (cough, cough).
