Britney Spears has a permanent restraining order out on Sam Lufti. The judge in her conservatorship agreed with Jamie Spears and the lawyers that Sam was harmful to Britney, her family and her co-workers. Whew! Now if they can keep Adnan away for good, with no secret messages being relayed, Britney should be aaaaaa-ok!

Britney has been on tour, looking and acting like her old self. Well, almost. But she is improving and so are the conditions of her conservatorship. From TMZ:
Britney Spears’ conservatorship was just granted a permanent restraining order on Brit’s behalf against Sam Lutfi and a guy who once claimed to be Britney’s attorney.
The restraining order lasts until April 28, 2012.
Britney and both her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, are protected under the order.
Yeah! It seems like something is finally going Britney’s way…or at least her dad’s, since he is the man behind this repaired machine. And the best thing about this order is that it protects her children and family as well.
