Bruce Springsteen has been named the other man in divorce papers. The papers were filed this week in New Jersey, where a man has claimed his wife has been having an affair with Bruce for over a year. Ouch.  That’s gotta smart on Bruce’s wife Patti Scialfa.  She was the other woman who broke up his marriage 20 years ago!  Karma?

Bruce has not commented on this turn of events.  New Jersey’s golden boy has had his share of dalliances.  While he was married to Julianne Phillips, he was rumored to be having an affair with his backup singer.  Her name – Patti Scialfa.  From Star Magazine:

In divorce papers filed on March 27 in Monmouth County, N.J. Superior Court and obtained by Star, businessman Arthur Kelly alleges that Ann, his wife of 17 years, “committed adultery with one Bruce Springsteen, who resides in Rumson, N.J., and Colts Neck, N.J., at various times and places too numerous to mention.”

Bruce, 59, has been married to his second wife, backup singer Patti Scialfa, 53 — with whom he has three children — also for 17 years.

So, will Bruce issue a non-denial, a flat out denial or say these are absurd rumors?  He should follow LeAnn Rimes‘ story – her denial has cost her her husband and the lover won’t speak to her now either!  Half denials get you no where.  Admit to being a man whore and we can get on with life…
