Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are going to couples therapy on tonight’s episode of The Hills. Heidi and Spencer had a very severe falling out during the last two episodes when Spencer enjoyed a flirtation with a bartender at trendy Los Angeles hotspot The Dime. Heidi packed up and visited her family in Colorado and threatened to break off her engagement with Spencer.

According to usmagazine.com (video here), Heidi drags a disgruntled Spencer to couple’s therapy where Heidi tells him she feels he’s checked out into a “weird kind of stripper hotel” and Spencer says he’s “in a nightmare.”
The therapist then asks the million dollar question: “If you feel he’s checked out, why are you still with him?”
