Hugh Jackman Says He Isn’t Gay
Hugh Jackman says he isn’t gay. The singing and dancing Hugh has been thwarting off rumors about his sexuality for years and recently opened up to Parade magazine. While it would be easy to assume that art imitated life for Jackman, who played a gay Australian songwriter in “The Boy From Oz”, sadly the star likes the ladies.

Jackman told the paper:
“I’d be happy to go and deny it, because I’m not. But by denying it, I’m saying there is something shameful about it, and there isn’t anything shameful. The questions about sexuality I find more here in America than anywhere else, because it’s a big hang-up and defines what people think about themselves and others. It’s not a big issue in Australia.”
Hugh then goes on to say his wife of 13 years has him in the “wit department” and is the “most honest” person he’s ever met. “Every person I’ve ever worked with has ended up liking Deb more than they like me,” he says.
