Yes, she does look very mature for a 22-year old. Why? Well, when you are 22 you want to look older, once you hit 25 it all changes, trust me on this one.

Kellie’s rep has denied in the past that she’s had any plastic surgery done: “She has not had any facial surgery of any kind,” he says – and Kellie tells In Touch that she doesn’t worry about what people say about her: “As long as you’re happy with what you see in the mirror, that’s all that matters.”

Oh yes, she has had plastic surgery. Her breast implants has added to her beauty, but her facial plastic surgery……oh my God! She looks horrible. I bet she regrets it everyday. She has to. She has lost her beautiful face. She can never get that back. It’s all long and her nose….its so long. And her eyes are so fake. Maybe she’s got botox injected into her face. I know that her eyes no longer twinkle and her lips don’t curl up when she smiles. Her facial expression is so flat. I feel so sorry for her.
It doens’t looks like she’s had plastic surgery. She not’s smiling in the second photo and she has lost her tan. Her breasts only seem larger because she’s wearing a corset-type thing, whose very purpose is to make breasts looks larger.
why did you do that
I think it is very obvious she has had lip injections and possibly a nose job…she isnt smiling in the after photo cuz SHE CAN”T! …it’s so sad these young beautiful women do this to themselves. Live and learn i guess
sad sad sad. I loved her sweet look before. Its gone now – and she looks 15 years OLDER! Who persuaded her to do this? People, stay real! Fake doesn’t cut it with a lot of people.
it is so obvious that she has had “work” done, how terrible when you allow yourself to be altered when fame becomes a part of your life. kellie we loved you for who you were. where did that “girl” go?
She was very open about the fact that she had breast implants when she went back onto Idol a year or two after her season. I can’t tell if she had facial surgery tho — she’s changed her eyebrow shape, is parting her hair differently… I think she looks older, but it’s been 5 years since she was on Idol.
why do all of these girls/women ruin their beautiful, natural looks. Kellie was sooo much cuter before the work….what a shame. Stop the insecurity!
I seem to recall, not so long ago, a song Ms. Pickler wrote specifically for young girls to boost their low self-worth and self-esteem: “Don’t you know you’re beautiful? Don’t you know you’re beautiful! Don’t you know you’re beautiful…JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!!” Well Kellie, it appears you no longer practice what you preach, so what are you going to tell those young girls now? “Nip and tuck is – BEAUTIFUL? Bigger boobs are – BEAUTIFUL? Had to feel more BEAUTIFUL…not the way you are!!!” You didn’t believe in your own lyrics, much less your own convictions. Now you just look like another cookie-cutter Hollywood face…as a matter of fact, I thought you were Suzanne Somers until I saw the name. I am so disappointed in you, as will be legions of fans. How sad.
