Lindsay Lohan being urged in to rehab AGAIN!  Lindsay’s mom Dina is supposedly behind Lindsay, pushing her to get help and get her butt to rehab.  The only problem – Lindsay ain’t having no more rehab.  The court is going to have to order something up for this hot mess before she hurts herself or someone else.

According to OK! Magazine, Lindsay had a tantrum when it was suggested she hit rehab.

From upstairs, neighbors could hear Lindsay cry, “Mom, stop it!” “Enough!” “Quit it!” Why was Dina harping on her troubled daughter? To persuade her to enter rehab, sources reveal.

But there’s more to this we didn’t know before.  The reason Samantha Ronson’s sister went to get a restraining order is:

Sam’s sister, Charlotte, and mom, Ann Dexter-Jones, asked Beverly Hills police how to get a restraining order against Lindsay. “She’s furious because we tried to do an intervention,” Charlotte told the desk clerk.

Hmmmm…so they were trying to help her, but Lindsay was claiming they hate her.  Very interesting.  Meanwhile, Lindsay’s mom is pushing her to rehab, her ex Wilmer Vladerrema says she’ll figure it out.  Huh?  Why would someone who was supposed to be in love with her say something stoooopid like that?  Either way, Lindsay needs help to figure it out fast, because she seems like a ticking time bomb right now.
