Paula Abdul was fooled by actor Sacha Baron Cohen in the newest Bruno film. Paula was interviewed by Sacha, disguised as Austrian fashion reporter Bruno, and never caught on to the joke. According to Page Six, viewers will be treated to a spaced-out and trusting Paula answering all of Bruno‘s ridiculous questions.

While Abdul‘s rep had “no comment” the column reported that Paula was completely fooled. To this day Paula thinks she was very earnestly interviewed by a flamboyantly gay Eastern European fashion correspondent.
Alas, Paula is not the only one. Ron Paul, former presidential candidate and current Republican senator, said he was also fooled into an interview with Bruno.
