Samantha Ronson NOT getting a restraining order on Lindsay Lohan. Samantha’s mom and sister Charlotte Ronson were alone on that deal in the Beverly Hills Police Station. And we know Charlotte does not like Lindsay, so she probably went there out of spite. And I think Samantha even knows it, because she seems a little disgusted by all the drama.

Samantha is probably laughing over the whole matter. Of course she isn’t threatened, she just had her locks changed for the heck of it! According to People Magazine, she really isn’t frightened:
…a source close to the deejay offers this spin: “Sam does not want a restraining order against Lindsay Lohan. Sam had nothing to do with the restraining order against Lindsay that the police are talking about.”
Adds the source: “Sam and Lindsay are broken up, but Sam does not feel she’s in any danger whatsoever. She thinks the whole thing is absurd. “
Even though it’s sad a relationship ends, it really does seem like this was for the best. I think Lindsay needs to hit rehab again and Sam realized that. maybe it’s what they were fighting over so much? And rumor has it Lindsay went on a binge drinking vodka Monday night, in front of her mother who did nothing.
