Samantha Ronson’s family seeks restraining order against Lindsay Lohan. It’s never a good thing when the whole family of your lover is in the police station, seeking ways to ban you from their life. Lindsay has made no comment about that action, but she did confirm the split on Monday.

Lindsay confirmed she had split from Samantha to take some time to focus on herself. What? Focus on her self doing what? Hopefully staying out of drugs, but Lindsay getting in to trouble is more likely what will happen. From OK! Magazine:
As the Lindsay Lohan/Samantha Ronson split continues to spiral out of control, OK! can exclusively report that Sam’s family is so concerned that they are seeking a restraining order against the actress.
Around 5 p.m. PST on Monday, Sam’s mother, Ann Dexter-Jones, and sister, fashion designer Charlotte Ronson, were at the Beverly Hills Police Department to look into filing a restraining order because Sam wants to “send a message” to Lindsay.
If Sam wants to send Lindsay a message, why doesn’t she reply to the texts and emails Lindsay is desperately sending? I kid…I kid. This mess has the potential to spiral out of control fast if someone doesn’t help it….
