Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr are pregnant! Sarah’s news was announced over the weekend that she and hubby Freddie are due with their first child this fall.  So in the fall we will have another little male or female vampire.  Ha…get it?  Buffy the Vampire Slayer??

Sarah Michelle and Freddie were married six years ago.  And they are still married!  It’s a Hollywood miracle…they weren’t hounded by the press and they still like each other!  From People Magazine:

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are expecting their first child together, a source close to the couple confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. “They’re very excited,” says the source, adding that the actress, 31, is due in the fall.

What nice friends, to spill news like this to the press.  I bet Sarah Michelle and Freddie are thrilled it was leaked this way!  Congratulations to the happy couple anyway.

Sarah Michelle has been working as a producer and actress on an HBO pilot.  Freddie shot a pilot, but no word if it was picked up by ABC.  They might both have a lot of time on their hands if the shows don’t work.
