Spencer Pratt has a bong in his Twitter picture. Ha! Spencer must have been out of the country when the whole Michael Phelps bong scandal broke because you think you’d be smarter than that! But this is Spencer and Heidi we’re talking about here, so nevermind…

Spencer took a picture which shows Heidi at the computer in the kitchen. And conveniently in the background is a bong looking device – but not obvious enough to tell if it really is one or not. Now, a few people who follow Spencer’s Twitter page realized it right away and questioned him on it. So what do the guilty pair do? Delete the picture ASAP and make themselves look guilty!
