Vivica A. Fox is host of the TVLands’s new show, The Cougar, and admits that she herself is one. Vivica moderates the The Cougar, a woman named Stacey in her 40s that has her pick from an array of 20-year-old guys. Vivica not only supports the premise of the show but says she herself is a cougar and lives up to the lifestyle.

Vivica told Page Six:
“Now, with so many baby boomers who are still wanting to date and are attracting younger guys, opinions have changed. And I’m glad, ’cause cougars need love too,” she says. Still, the show’s 20-year-old guys are a tad young for her. “My age limit is 28 years old,” Fox said. “Less baggage and drama.”
