Playboy is up for sale for $300 million as reports by NY Post. Is Hugh Hefner thinking of retiring? Perhaps it’s not Hefner’s ultimate wish but Playboy is a publicly listed company and it has gotten deeper and deeper in the red. Looking out for shareholders’ benefits – a sale isn’t at all a bad idea. Only if they can find a buyer who’s willing to step up.

Ashley Greene Sunburnt in Italy
Ashley Greene, the Twilight star hit the pool in Italy while taking a break from filming the Twilight sequal: Twilight Saga: New Moon. Ashley went to the pool but got badly sunburned. Ouch! Greene plays Alice Cullen in Twilight, the adoptive sister of Edward Cullen played by Robert Pattinson.
Greene, 22 had initially wanted to be a model but wasn told she’s not tall enough to be a runaway model and should focus more on commercials. After taking commercial and acting classes, Greene fell in love with acting. She’ll be reprising the role of Alice Cullen in Twiglight Saga: New Moon.

Jay Leno has officially stepped down as Tonight Show host, with last night being his talk show host swan song. Jay Leno held the post for 17 years, and is officially passing the torch to Conan O’Brien, who paid his dues in the later spot for the past 16 years. Jay will resume his snarking with a new hour-long show in the 10 p.m. spot on NBC.
