Britney Spears is being sued for running over a photographer’s foot. A former TMZ photographer is claiming Spears rolled over his foot back in October of 2007. The photographer is also saying Spears was unfit to drive and her agents should’ve taken away the keys. This was back during Brit Brit‘s pink wig, Sam Lutfi era.

Grossly enough, the photographer—Ricardo Mendoza—tried to make a buck off the incident after it happened by auctioning his tire-stained sock on ebay. Yeah. You read that correctly. A sock. And even more surprisingly—someone bought it.
While he claims the proceeds were donated to charity, we have our reservations. Poor Brit. That Pink Wig era is like the perpetual kitchen cockroach that just won’t go away.
