Lost star Evangeline Lilly says she really doesn’t want to be super famous. Lilly, the dark-tressed, blue-eyed actress hasn’t scored a movie role since Lizzie Maguire in 2003 and it appears she would like to keep it that way. Evangeline is running around telling people she passes on blockbuster roles all the time.

Page Six culled a quote from an interview in Women’s Health where Evangeline says:
“The TV actress tells the June issue of Women’s Health that her producers “have seen that I haven’t picked up on the opportunity to become a big movie star. It frustrates [them] that they’ve given me this chance to become the next Angelina Jolie” but she hasn’t gone after it. Lilly adds, “Sure, I’d love to be her, but just the humanitarian side.”
Uh huh. Likely story. By the way, how many candidates are there for The Next Angelina Jolie? We thought Megan Fox had that one on lock down.

I find it hard to believe that she doesn’t want to be super famous. There’s no way she would really pass up an opportunity to be famous. JMO

^ erm actually she’s made TWO movies since 2003. The first one is called “Afterwards” starting John Malkovich and the second is called “The Hurt Locker” staring Jermey Renner, Both will be released later this year. IMDB and wikipedia are you friends…USE THEM!
