Jennifer Garner says her daughter Violet is harassed by the paparazzi that follow them around every day. Jen is disgusted and scared by all the press her daughter receives and wishes the laws would protect her more. The photographers have made the daily trip to preschool an almost impossible task for them and other parents.

How many times have we seen pictures of Violet being picked up from school and pictures of Violet being dropped off to school? Tons. Is it really that interesting? No. From the Vancouver Sun:

Once, at an earlier stage in her acting career, she didn’t much worry about being recognized in public.
“Now, it’s worse because of the entire world of tabloid journalism,” she says bluntly.

Which is why getting daughter Violet Anne to school each morning has turned into a nightmare for Garner and husband Ben Affleck.

“To call it a ‘problem’ is the hugest understatement in the world,” she says passionately. “There are no laws protecting children. They have no right to privacy. Because my husband and I are public figures, it is assumed that our daughters are public figures, and there’s nothing to protect them.”

Suri Cruise has the same problem, as do or the Jolie Pitt children will have too. What do other celebrity children do? Are they stuck at home or does it go in phases who is hot and captured on film? We haven’t seen the Beckham children in a while, and they used to be the #1 draw. Maybe the paps will get bored of Violet and leave her alone for a few years.
