Eminem has finally recovered from a years-long addiction to pain pills. Eminem recounts his tale of almost overdosing in the latest issue of Vibe magazine. The saucy rapper reportedly became addicted to Vicodin, Ambien, and Valium and almost overdosed a few years ago when a friend gave him methadone pills. Methadone pills are prescribed to heroin addicts, and a doctor later told Eminem he swallowed the equivalent of four bags of heroin.

John Mayer’s rebound fling to cocktail waitress Scheana Marie is over. John began knocking nuzzles with Scheana shortly after he and Jennifer Aniston called it quits for good. Supposedly, John slipped her his number when he was out drinking in Beverly Hills one night.

Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard got married in Italy. Maggie and Peter have been dating for seven years, and have been engaged since 2006. They said their “I do’s” in the “luxury hotel” Masseria in Brindisi, Italy, where Maggie‘s brother, Jake, attended with lady love Reese Witherspoon on his arm. There were 40 guests total.

Khloe Kardashian looks happier than ever with her new boyfriend, Derrick Ward. Derrick, the running back of NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneer, 28 and Khloe have been seeing each other for about a month now. Khloe and Derrick met through her sister, Kim Kardashian who’s dating NFL’s New Orleans Saints’ Reggie Bush. Both Khloe and Kim just love these pro athletes, don’t they?

Ida Ljungqvist is the Playboy Playmate of 2009. Ljungqvist is the first African to win the Playboy Playmate of the Year award. Ida received the award from Playboy’s founder, Hugh Hefner in a ceremony held at The Palms Hotel Casino in Las Vegas last weekend.
Ljungqvist was born in Tanzania to a Swedish father and a Tanzanian mother. She was discovered by 2007 Playmate of the Year Sara Jean Underwood at a Bebe clothing boutique on Rodeo Drive.
