Paris Hilton admits to never keeping a diary, and instead uses Google to keep track of what she’s been up to. Sort of surreal, no? “So what have you been up to this week?” “Not sure, let me check google.” Ugh. Anyway, Paris is in deep water with her former Pledge This! handlers. Hilton is being sued for $8 million. They claim she never promoted the movie.

Of course, Paris is saying she did promote the film. In her usual articulate way of speaking, she told the court in a pre-trial hearing on Thursday via usmagazine.com:
“Any chance I got, any red carpet, any press, if I was doing something for another product…I would just bring it up, ‘Oh, my new sorority film, it’s going to be sexy, it’s going to be really hot girls,’” she testified. “Like, I really, you know, did my best.”
Producers claimed they tried to contact her via cell phone to no avail. Paris Hilton’s response:
“With my phone I never know, because I lose it all the time. I probably get a new cellphone, like, every two weeks.” When shown a copy of her cell phone bill, she replied: “I’ve never seen a phone bill of mine in my life.”
Oh no, P. Not doing a good job here. In response, Hilton’s lawyer said Paris is: “the single busiest person on the planet.”
