Spencer Pratt is a huge pot head — even so much that friends began to call him the King Of Weed. Spencer reportedly spent some time in rehab for pill addiction (wow), Pratt was a huge fan of Valium and Xanax and sought professional help. He started smoking pot at the age of 15, and “fell in love” as a friend says, and still smokes on a daily basis.

Forever the crappy influence, one friend appeared out of the woodwork and told Star magazine that Spencer once gave her 5 (yes, 5) Valiums on a night out. After she didn’t overdose or drop dead, Spencer told her: “Girl, I gave you so much Valium and you just handled.” Niiice. Perhaps it was the hard stuff that got him Heidi. But the best is a quote from a friend who said:
One day, he walked in on a party and pulled out a bag of pot and said, ‘’We are soooooo getting stoned!’ recalls the friend. “No one thought much of it, because at least he was staying away from pills.”
