Tara Reid partied the night away with her boyfriend at the V.I.P. Room Club where Paris Hilton and boyfriend, Doug were at last night in Cannes. Looks like Tara had a little bit too much to drink? HasTara fallen off the wagon? She was just in rehab a few months ago. The Cannes Film Festival is in full swing and sizzling right now. But what is Tara Reid promoting?

I tried to look that up but call me lame.. And as for boyfriend, Jah Jeffrey, I have no idea who he is but apparently as I found out, he’s a co-owner of a club and he’s from Canada.
