Victoria Beckham has embarked on a strict fitness and beauty regime in a bid to look younger. Posh, the former Spice Girl who turned 35 earlier this month is reportedly terrified about getting older and Posh’s doing everything she can to keep herself looking good.

A source said: “Victoria really felt that 35 was a turning point. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2007, she been surrounded by young Hollywood stars and she wants to keep up with them.”
Victoria who’s the mother-of-three has rejoined her exclusive old gym, which also boasts a luxurious spa.
The source added: “Victoria was working out at home with David. But now he’s in Milan, she hates working out alone. So she rejoined the gym. David Beckham, her soccer ace hubby is currently living in Italy while he plays for AC Milan.
The source revealed to Britain’s Star magazine via MonsterandCritics: “Her diet consists mostly of fish and vegetables. She works hard at it every single day. She knows she’s getting older, so is very particular about what she eats. She also drinks lots of water – at least two litres a day. It’s great for her skin and it helps keep her body from holding on to sodium, which makes it look bloated.”
Victoria looks like the type who would always take care of herself anyway. Well, if you were married to someone as gorgeous as David, I bet you would too, wouldn’t you? Even if you weren’t married to someone that gorgeous, it’s always good to take care of yourself. Just reminded me that summer is right around the corner and I can’t procrastinate anymore if I want to feel good about myself. I got to do it the Nike way: Just do it!

Anybody can stay in the right fit and healthy body despite of the growing age. This is true when one does not stop from eating right and doing some proper body exercise.
