Wanda Sykes and her partner secretly welcomed twins last month. The comedian announced she was a lesbian last year and now her and her partner have a family. Wanda hosted the the Correspondents dinner over the weekend, but managed to not slip up and say she had two babies at home!

Wanda is largely out of the media eye. She keeps a low profile and her relationship is mostly off the radar. However, her publicist did confirm the news to People Magazine:

Wanda Sykes and her wife, Alex, welcomed twins on April 27, her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.

Daughter Olivia Lou weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz., and was 19-inches long. Son Lucas Claude debuted at 7 lbs., 9 oz., and was 20-inches long. The comedian’s wife gave birth to the babies.
