Brad Pitt now has a hospital. Well, Brad and his family have donated a bunch of money to a children’s hospital in Springfield, Missouri and named it after Brad’s mother, Jane.  Does Angelina Jolie know about this? Because, I thought Angelina wasn’t getting along with Jane…and since it is probably a bit of her money going to the project…

The Pitt family, which includes Brad’s brother Doug, are all in on the good deed, which gives $1 million to the hospital. From Popeater:

The massive donation will go to St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, according to the local News-Leader newspaper. The money will go toward a cancer wing of the hospital, which will be called St. John’s Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center.

The money will build a new pediatric wing and double the size of the current neonatal and pediatric ICU. I think the Pitt family donation is so cool. Other stars need to put their money where their mouth is and be as generous as the Pitt’s are.
