Cameron admits to having surgery to fix her nose, since it was broken twice. Would she go under to fix her face or something else? From US Magazine:

But the 36-year-old actress says more radical forms of surgery are likely out of the question.

“I’d love a bigger butt, more meat on my bones,” she tells the magazine. “I’d love to be more voluptuous. It’s just not my body type.”

That’s a good thing. Cameron has a natural beauty that is she messed with it, it would look bad! And it’s refreshing to find a woman who is content enough to leave it alone.
