Chris Brown pleaded guilty yesterday to assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Rihanna. Brown avoided jail time for the felony charge. Chris is sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community service to be served in Virginia. Rihanna was also present in the courtroom.

Additionally Chris will have to complete a year of domestic violence classes and pay fines. Both Chris and Rihanna are to remain at least 50 yards from each other.That distance is reduced to just 10 yards at showbiz events.

It must have been a big relief for Chris to not having to serve any time.

So that’s that for the two ex-lovebirds, c’est fini, it’s finished. Another chapter.. C’est la vie – that’s life!
