Heidi Montag was tortured by NBC to the point she was “convulsively throwing up”! That’s what some people on the set of “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!” are telling TMZ. We reported that Heidi was rushed to hospital and it turns out that Heidi was diagnosed with a gastric ulcer.

As reports by TMZ:
Heidi and hubby, Spencer Pratt were being held in a dark room for a day and a night with only water, rice and beans. It was designed as punishment because the Pratts quitted the show.
A cast member tells TMZ that NBC execs tried to convince Heidi to stay on the set rather than take an ambulance to a hospital for treatment. Heidi has now left the hospital and is on medication.
Spencer and Heidi now want out of the show permanently but the problem is they signed a contract..

I believe they should be able to leave if they are kept against there will that would be kidnapping
