Jonathon Rhys Meyers was detained after a drunk airport brawl in France. Jonathon, who has very publicly battled alcohol problems, is apparently back on the sauce and causing all sorts of mischief. Jonathon was arrested in Dublin back in 2007 for public drunkeness as well.

According to People, Jonathon was so drunk that the bartender at Le Quotidien refused to serve him. Instead of packing it up and drinking a glass of water like a normal person, Jonathon threw a hissy fit.
A shouting match developed between Rhys Meyers and the bar manager. Then when another bar employee tried to separate the pair, Rhys Meyers swung and punched the intervening waiter. Police handcuffed the actor when placing him in custody, and sources tell PEOPLE that the actor remained in a sober lock-up area for three hours before being released.
