Lindsay Lohan Is A Loud Neighbor

Lindsay Lohan was recently issued a ticket for being a noisy neighbor. Lindsay, who recently purchased a home in the Hollywood Hills, had a party Saturday night that bled over into Sunday morning. The cops were called at around 4:20 a.m.

OK! magazine says LiLo blasted her music so loudly her disgruntled neighbors had to call the cops.

Hey, who knows. Maybe sobriety has forced Lindsay to subsitute alcohol and drugs for all-night dance parties at home in her pajamas.
