Madonna is very upset over Michael Jackson’s death. The Queen of Pop Madonna has said she can’t stop crying over the news that Michael had died. Madonna and Michael both had very successful careers in the 80s, when they began their trendsetting ways.

Madonna quickly made a statement to the media after the news of Michael’s passing spread yesterday. She says via TMZ:

I can’t stop crying over the sad news. I have always admired Michael Jackson. The world has lost one of the greats, but his music will live on forever!

My heart goes out to his three children and other members of his family. God bless.”

Other stars have begun chiming statements and sentiments for the Jackson family. Some believe he was showing signs of illness while others are completely shocked at his death. Either way, it’s a bum deal for his children and I think that is what Madonna relates to best.
