Paris Hilton consulted middle eastern experts before arriving in Dubai. Paris is shooting the Dubai installment of her “My New BFF” series and didn’t want to offend the locals or get herself in hot water (i.e. a Middle Eastern prison). Paris isn’t particularly known for conservative, demure lady-like behavior — even by American standards.
