Robert Pattinson has a new love interest: Emilie De Ravin. Pattinson is in New York city filming his new flick in which he stars opposite Emilie in a romantic drama: Remember Me In New York City. Yes, yes, I meant Rob has a new cinematic love interest so you die-hard Patttinson fans can breathe easier. For those who don’t know Emilie, she stars in the hit ABC drama Lost as Claire Littleton

The plot of the movie seems very grim. Pattinson’s character has a brother who committed suicide, prompting his parents (Pierce Brosnan and Lena Olin) to break up. Pattinson’s character stumbles through life, perhaps he finds his way by falling in love with de Ravin.
The film is directed by multi-Emmy nominated Allen Coulter, who has made episodes of such acclaimed TV series as Law & Order, Damages, Rome, The Sopranos and Six Feet Under.
As for all the Twilight fans, me for one. Pattinson will be returning to Vancouver this Fall to shoot the third of the Twilight trilogy, Eclipse. New Moon was shot in Vancouver as well which doesn’t come out till November this year.
