Tyra Banks’ Stalker only gets one year of probation. A judge handed down the punishment to the man who says he only wanted Tyra tickets without Tyra in the courtroom. I’m not buying his load of BS, is anyone else?

It seems like celebrity stalkers such ar Tyra’s are getting more popular – meaning getting more in number – than there ever was. According to Popeater:
Brady Green, 39, won’t spend any time in jail for his crime – the Dublin, GA native has been sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to complete a treatment program for stalkers.
Green has been ordered by Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke to stay away from the TV host and former supermodel for the next two years under an order of protection. The judge warned Green that he would face up to 90 days in jail if he fails to comply with the court’s orders.
At least he got probation and a warning that if he goes near Tyra again, it’s time in the slammer. Do you think he was stalking her or was it blown out of proportion?
