Will Smith might be a controlling jerk. At least if you worked with Will decades ago on a TV sitcom, you may have thought so. One of Hollywood’s nicest guys is being targeted in a tell-all book by a co-star from the Fresh Prince…do you think Will Smith is a jerk?

Oh yes, that long ago! Now that Will is successful and famous, someone wants to tarnish his star. According to Star Magazine:
Janet Hubert, best known for playing Will’s on-screen Aunt Vivian on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, accuses the I Am Legend star of sabotaging any actor who “outshone him,” according to an excerpt from her book, Perfection Is Not a Sitcom Mom. The book is due out in early 2010.
“No one could be on The Tonight Show that first season, except Will. And I mean no one.”
If she has such an axe to grind, why did she wait so long to come forward and offer a book? Why didn’t this woman do it right before one of Will’s blockbusters came out? I don’t get it. I hope someone else from the show will come out in Will’s defense.

Will Smith came to Vegas twice during the 6 years I was stationed there at Nellis AFB and both times were for charity golf tournaments. He was SWEET, GENEROUS, FRIENDLY, and RESPECTFUL and that was on a “bad day”. This Hubert b*tch’s book is nothing more than her pathetic & desperate attempt to salvage what’s left of her fleeting career. I know a “celebrity” or two and jealousy crap is alive and well in Hollywood but trying to go up against an A list celeb when you’re barely a D list celeb is plane suicide.
