Britney Spears buys her dad Jamie Spears a restaurant. Why? Supposedly the restaurant is a thank you gift from Britney. A thank you for bringing my life out of the toilet and saving my life type of gift.

Britney and her dad have had a roller coaster relationship the last year if you believe that tabloids. One day she hates him, the next she loves him. But she must really love him, because according to the Mirror:
She is splashing out on a new soul food restaurant for Jamie to run in LA.
A pal said: “Britney just wanted to give him something useful as a sign of her appreciation.
“After all their ups and downs she knows he’s always got her best interests at heart.”
What a sweet thing for Britney to do. And it is something useful for her dad, since he left his last job to help her out. What do you think Jamie will cook up there?
