Carrie Prejean is suing Miss California. After all the hoopla with Carrie angering the gay community, then losing her crown, she got hired by conservative groups to do a bunch of work. Why is she suing now?

Carrie seems like a prima dona. Why is she suing Miss California, when she was the one to break the contract? According to LA Late:

Carrie Prejean is suing the Miss California organization, Shanna Moakler, and Keith Lewis says a report tonight.

The former Miss California has reportedly filed asserting slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress against certain named defendants.

I guess it’s hard to tell what happened behind the scenes, since it’s all she said, they said. Maybe Carrie has a point and they were forcing her out over the gay marriage comments she mad. What do you think?
