Kenny Chesney might have flirted with Jessica Simpson too much. Of course, it depends on who you are asking about the ‘flirting with Jessica’ thing, but sources say it was heavy at a 4th of July party Kenny and Jessica both attended. If you ask Kenny, he says no way.

Kenny came out with his own statement saying they hadn’t flirted and he didn’t break Tony Romo and Jessica up…even before the rumor that he did swirled around. Guilt? From People Magazine:
“Tony’s a friend, and I wouldn’t flirt with a buddy’s girlfriend,” Chesney tells PEOPLE. “More importantly, Jessica was just being sweet and there was nothing else to it. It’s not funny. There were no problems. Everybody got along great. After the party, everybody went their own way and nobody thought anything more about it. Period. End of story.”
Hmmmm….do you see any room for doubt in the statement? Jessica was just being sweet rings a warning bell in my head. How sweet was Jessica? Kenny’s an eligible bachelor, maybe Jessica should flirt with him some more. He’s a heck of a lot more decent than Tony Romo.
