Lindsay Lohan is being sued over her spray tan line. Make that Lindsay and her business partner, with their profits being the real target. The lawsuit claims that Lindsay and her partner stole the formula and the idea and need to stop immediately.

Lindsay partnered with Lorit Simon to make Sevinnyn, the spray tan. However, Lorit was also a partner with Jennifer Sunday, who filed the suit claiming Lorit broke an agreement preventing the use of the formula. From the Examiner:
According to the federal lawsuit, Sunday states that she was working with Simon to create the product and that the business deal fell through. After requiring Simon to sign a confidentiality agreement, Sunday was outraged to see the product hit store shelves in May.
St. Petersburg attorney Marcia Cohen represents Jennifer Sunday, is quoted as saying, “We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product,” Cohen said Monday. “If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client’s formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds.”
Lindsay can never catch a break! Do you think the lawsuit is fishing for money or could be legit? Who would want to claim it…look how bad Lindsay’s armpit is discolored.
