Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have an open relationship agreement. While this has not been confirmed or denied by either Megan or Brian, it does explain some of the behavior Megan’s displayed recently.

Megan has been coming on to Shia LaBeouf in the worst way. If she and Brian have an open relationship, it explains why. According to the NY Daily News:
OK! claims that Megan Fox and on-again, off-again boyfriend Brian Austin Green have worked out a deal. “They’ve agreed to an open relationship where Megan can see other men but Brian can’t date anyone else,” says the mag, and she has six months to decide if she wants to marry him. Or just enough time for him to feel totally disgusted by this arrangement.
Megan is young, so not rushing is a smart thing here. If she hurried up and married Brian, I bet they would be divorced in under two years. Actually, I don’t know why Megan would marry him to begin with!
