Miley Cyrus is single and prays for a dream man on her Twitter page. But what is really funny is that Miley only sends this out after confirmation by two other sources – family sources to Nick Jonas – that she is indeed with Nick. So why the snippets to throw people off the Nick and Miley trail?

Miley might be trying to deflect attention because she doesn’t want cameras following her around. Ha! Right…what was I thinking? From Popeater:

“I am lovinggg being single :) life is so carefree!!!” she told her followers on Sunday, extinguishing reports she had rekindled her courtship with the youngest Jonas bro.

Then she said on Sunday:

“Dear GOD, I would like a boy that is like John Mayer/ James Morrison/ Elvis/ Rob Thomas all in one. YOU’RE THE BEST! Love always, Miley“

Who would want a combination like that? Are you buying that Nick and Miley aren’t  couple or is this a way to send people away from the two of them? If people aren’t looking at the two of them, ratings for their shows can’t go up!
