Paris Hilton is headed to Miami for a court date claiming she didn’t do enough to promote her 2006 flick, Pledge This! Pledge This! was some sort of sorority movie Paris, er, acted in and co-produced. Paris allegedly signed a contract saying she would promote the DVD release and never did.

The lawsuit wants $8 million from Paris. According to The New York Daily News, P. Hilt’s movie was a total failure — barely raking in 2.9 million at the box office. Which, to be honest, seems pretty high for what a piece of garbage it probably was.

Paris is currently filming My New BFF in Dubai, but is set to appear in a Miami courtroom tomorrow. Good luck, P. Hilt!
