Renée Zellweger thinks  packing on weight again to play Bridget Jones 3 could kill her. Get in shape doesn’t just have to be slimming down, Zellweger can tell you that especially being in showbiz. Zellweger is getting ready to pack on a lot of weight for Bridget Jones 3.

Zellweger, 40 is expected to start filming the third installment of Bridget Jones at the end of this year, the last two Renee packed on close to 30 pounds on her tiny frame and then quickly shed the pounds after filming.

Zellweger: “Can I just tell you my body is whacked by the time we finish one of those. It doesn’t know what has happened because it thinks there’s supposed to be a baby and there’s no christening.”

“I had a panic attack with all the specialists talking about how bad this is for you, long term, putting on that much weight in short periods of time and they’re all saying, ‘You must stop this now or you’re going to die’.” via London Evening Standard

Surely, it’s nice to be an actress/actor but when you have to go through this yo-yo thing with your body like Renee or Christian Bale looking shockingly thin on the set of The Fighter, it could be quite devastating to one’s health. I thought it’s tough being a gossip blogger.. then again actors make tons of money!
