Britney Spears’ stalker only gets a peeking charge. The stalking and trespassing charges were thrown out and Britney’s peeping Tom, Tomasina got off relatively lightly. Hopefully what the judge believes is true and Britney is in no danger.

The ‘stalker’ is Miranda Tozier-Robbins and she has a great defense. She was practicing doing paparazzi style documentaries! What? From the Hollywood Gossip:
Miranda Tozier-Robbins, the woman who was arrested in April outside Britney Spears’ Calabasas home after security guards saw her peering into a window, was cleared of trespassing this week but found guilty … of misdemeanor peeking.
For peeking, Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26, has been sentenced to three years’ probation, fined $100 plus penalties and ordered to continuing staying at least 100 yards away from Spears, her kids and her residence, as per a restraining order.
Misdemeanor peeking? Come on! She had entered Britney’s property and was looking in a window. Where was her camera crew? Even the paparazzi know not to do that! I hope Britney beefed up her security team after that breach.
