David Beckham was exposed to the swine flu over the weekend. David has two teammates and two LA Galaxy staff members who have been confirmed to have the virus. One of the teammates happens to be a close pal of David’s. Victoria, grab the Lysol!

David played a game over the weekend – OK, he got kicked out and suspended – but he played and was in close proximity with the players who complained of flu symptoms. From the Examiner:
After his LA Galaxy team-mate Landon Donovan and two club staff were confirmed to have the virus, speculation grew that not only has David Beckham been exposed to to the virus, he may have also been in incredibly tight quarters with it.
That swine flu is a scary thing. It has dropped off the media radar because it isn’t deadly, but I still wouldn’t want to have it! David, hopefully you can stay away from it or get well soon.
