Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart did not have sex with Former Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche but according to Peniche, they had plenty of fun. I bet! Kari Ann tells almighty TMZ that the seemingly intoxicated naked trio was shot more than two years ago in her apartment.

Kari Ann said they had a lot of fun played dress up and the two women [Kari Ann and Rebecca Gayheart] then soaked together in a bathtub as Dane called “action” behind the camera. The video was apparently stored on Peniche’s hard drive of her computer and stolen by her then roommate, Mindy McCready. The two did a stint on “Celebrity rehab” together. They had a fight over money and McCready took her hard drive and moved out. Peniche freaked out and reported that to LAPD. – via TMZ:
Last month there was apparenlty a summit between Eric, Rebecca, Kari Ann and Mindy. Their reps hammered out a deal as to who got what on the hard drive. Eric was said to have gotten full rights to the video and everyone assumed that was that … until the tape surfaced on the internet yesterday. Uh-oh
