I need to get myself in shape too perhaps I should pick up one of these. I never thought yoga can help you lose weight and stay in shape - My ignorance as usual.  See the thing is I don’t really need to lose weight, I just have to turn my fat into muscles. It’s nice to think like that, isn’t it?
