Heidi Montag’s Miss Universe Body Language performance….stunk! Heidiwas on stage with nude colored pants on with a black stripe…hardly anything glamorous. Then Heidistrutted around and peeled off a black coat and walked around some more. Oh, and the lip-synching.

Heidi supposedly practiced all week. But via the Celebrity Cafe:

The staff of the pageant has doubts that the performance will even happen.

Sources tell TMZ.com that they are afraid if Montag can even pull it off tonight, “She’s lip-syncing, can’t remember the lyrics and can’t dance.”

NBC network, who hosts tonight’s pageant, said on NBC.com, “Included in the show will also be a performance by reality star Heidi Montag, featuring her single, ‘Turn Ya Head.’”

Heidi didn’t sing that song though, unless it goes by two titles. She did Body Language, with the producers cutting away in the middle of the song to show a montage of pictures of the beauty stars.
